People who live in Victoria, British Columbia, and would like to actively follow and their favorite sports or other athletic endeavors of high quality! And because of our temperate climate, there are sporting activities happening throughout the calendar year, providing entertainment for sports fans years of Victoria.
We can have the weather forecast in the country, but hey, it’s always Canada! Then, one of the most popular spectator sport in Victoria should be hockey, and there are two teams that fans love to see the Victoria and support:
· The Royal Victoria is a junior hockey team in the Western Hockey League (WHL) to play. They moved in 2011 from Chilliwack, and play from the Save-On-Foods Arena (SOFA) and

Lacrosse, the other Canadian sport par excellence, has a long and rich history in Victoria through the Victoria Shamrocks of the WLA. The team has been in continuous operation since 1950 and has won eight of Cup Canadian Senior “A” Championship!
Football (also known as the beautiful game, or football as it is popularly called) has the right to regulate on a professional level. The Victoria Highlanders Football Club was founded in 2008 as the United Soccer League (USL) established the rights that a Premier League franchise for the development of the city of Victoria. The first season was 2009, and in 2010 a women’s team began to play the Victoria Highlanders women, as well, both teams play Bear Mountain stage. Football is very popular here, play with thousands of children, adolescents and adults at various levels of competence in the region, so watch this franchise grow!
Football (the kind in North America) is represented by the Victoria Rebels Football Club West Shore. The Rebels play in the conference in British Columbia, the Canadian Junior Football League (CJFL), and compete for the Cup Canadian National. While undergoing several name (and location) changes, the club has operated continuously since the late 1960s.
Any summary of the level of sports entertainment in Victoria, would be not to mention highly of the University of Victoria and its contingent of incredible athletes incomplete. Amateur athletes at the university level to provide exciting entertainment and offer a wide following of loyal fans and supporters. U-Vic and field for men and women athletes in the following sports:

· Rowing;
· Basketball;
· Countries of the cross and the line;
° Field Hockey;
· Rugby;
· Football and
· Golf;
Many athletes have competed at international level, UVic, and some teams and athletes have won championships or Olympic champions and World Cup competitions. If you the opportunity to see these athletes in action, it is useful in any case, do not miss!

Victoria has become a center of sports and entertainment industry in Canada! The ability of our sporting psyche for years has a built-in athletics and the people who live in Victoria, and this is the kind of entertainment they love again. Almost everyone loves the thrill of participating in “The Game”, whatever it is!
